The Fluid Technology Division is an ISO 9001:2000 accredited hose assembly-manufacturing unit in Dubai, with capability to swage up to 12” hose and known for our commitment towards quality, service and reliability.
The manufacturing facility includes programmable PLC controlled swaging and hydrostatic test bench imported from Finn Power, UK & Uniflex, Germany respectively. Other machines include Reusable Hose Assembly Machine, Skiving Tools, Split Flange Assembly Tools and Hose Cleaning System for processing hoses upto 2” ID six-wire spiral. Our rigorous inspection and acceptance procedure ensures the very best in raw materials and components. Our life cycle trace ability system provides customers with a full audit trail of technical integrity for each component or assembly purchased from BHATIA BROTHERS. Each component or assembly sold is visibly tagged with a unique identity and tracked through a central database maintained by BHATIA BROTHERS.
