The rubber hoses are manufactured in two types depending on the manufactured process i.e. extruded long length hose ( up to 500 meter) and mandrel built hose ( up to 30.5 meter) and with service ratio of 1:3 compliance with BS, AS, DIN and EN standards. Depending on the the application the industrial hoses can be broadly categorized into the following:

• Air hose oil resistant ¼” to 4” with maximum working pressure of
300 PSI.

• Water suction & discharge hose ¾” to 12” ID in pressure rating of 150 PSI and 300 PSI.

• Oil suction & discharge hose ¾" to 12" ID in pressure rating of 150 PSI and 300 PSI.

• Multi Purpose hose red colour 3/8" to 2" ID with working pressure of 300 PSI.

• Bulk material suction & discharge hose 2" to 8" ID with working pressure of 150 PSI.

• LPG hose ¼" to ID with working pressure of 150 PSI.

• Sand blast hose ½" to 2” ID with working pressure of 150 PSI.

• Portable water hose from ½" to 2" ID with working pressure of 150 PSI and material in compliance to FDA.

• Steam hose ¼" to 2” ID with working pressure of 17 bar and temperature 225ºc.

• PVC hose fabric and wire reinforced up to 4" ID.

• Various types of couplings like Cam and Groove, Dry Quick Disconnect, Air fittings, Shank and custom built in both field attachment and swaged type.
