UNILOK® was established in 1984 and since then manufacturing high performance “Twin Ferrule Compression Tube Fittings and Instrumentation Valve” and exporting to over 34 countries.

Twin Ferrule Compression Tube Fittings are available from 1/8” to 2” OD tube in fractional size and 2mm to 38mm OD in metric size in SS 316, Brass, Monel, Inconel and other exotic grades with connections as NPT & PT (ISO 7/1) thread, welded system and other special threads.

Precision Pipe Fittings are manufactured from high quality bar stock and forgings and available from 1/8” to 2” in fractional size with materials as SS 316 and Brass with connections as NPT & PT (ISO 7/1) thread, welded system and other special threads.

Instrumentation Valves are available in various types such as Ball, Needle, Check, Bellow, Diaphragm and Gauge Root from 1/8” to 1” in fractional size and 6mm to 25mm in metric size with pressure ratings of 3000 PSI, 6000 PSI and 10000 PSI with connections as NPT & BSPT ( ISO 7/1) thread, socket weld and tube end

Filters are available from ¼” to ½” in fractional size and 6mm to 12mm in metric size with pressure rating up to 3000 PSI and with connections as NPT & BSPT ( ISO 7/1) thread and tube end with micron filtering range as 0.5,2,7/15,60 and 90

Manifolds are offered in 2-, 3- & 5- valve with female NPT or flange connections and pressure rating up to 6000 PSI. Mounting can be offered in both direct and remote type. Available in all SS 316 steel construction with Grafoil packing for temperature rating up to 648º C

Instrumentation Tubing’s are available from 1/8” to 1” OD in fractional size and 3mm to 25mm OD in metric size with wall thickness ranging from 0.028” to 0.083” and 0.5mm respectively. Tubing’s conforms to ASTM A213/A269 TP 316L with polishing level AP/BA/EP. Available in seamless & welded with straight and roll type. Exotic grades are available upon request.

Tube/Pipe Clean Bend Fittings ultra clean by DI (Deionized) water 18M/Sqcm using automatic cleaning system with butt weld ends are available in various forms like 90º elbow, 45º elbow, union tee, cap, reducing tee, reducer and cap reducer. Available from ½” to 1” OD tube and nominal pipe OD as 25A to 100A.

PTFE Fittings are available from 1/8” to 2” OD in fractional size and 6mm to 25mm OD in metric size with working pressure up to 275PSI and working temperature range from 20ºC to 232ºC are available in various configuration like connector, elbow, union, tee, nut & ferrule.

Copper Tubes are available from ¼” to 2” OD in fractional size and 8mm to 50mm OD in metric size with wall thickness ranging from 0.76mm to 2.1mm for ACR (Air-Conditioning and refrigeration) and water application in both coiled and straight form. Tube conforms to ASTM B88 and BS EN 1057 and are available in three types – K, L and M with each differentiated by range of wall thickness.

Sample Cylinders are available from 10 to 3785CC with working pressure up to 5000 PSI in SS 316 L materials to resist intergranular corrosion.

Tube Support Strips are available in LLDPE for tube size ¼” to ½” OD with maximum number of tubing and hose channel as 10. It helps in organize multiple tubing and hose runs, push in installation and ease to install to a wall or equipment frame using 2 screws or bolts.

Pre-Insulated Tube with electric and steam traced option is available for tube 1/8” to ¾” OD in fractional size with available tube material as 316/316L Stainless Steel, Copper, PFA, and FEP tube materials in both welded and seamless form. These tubes are best suited to transport hot or cold liquids and gases. Tube is pre-insulated with non-hygroscopic glass fiber or aerogel, complete with a heat reflective foil wrap and a weather resistant outer jacket and supplied in maximum of 300 meter long length coil. Tube can be installed in ambient temperature as low as -40ºC.
