HYDRAULIC HOSE AND HOSE FITTINGS

A wide range of hydraulic hoses, compatible with petroleum base fluids, water and air are available readily from Eaton Aeroquip extensive range of hoses in sizes upto 2” (32 mm) and continuous working pressures upto 6000 psi (420 bars). Aeroquip socketless hoses, high temperature hoses and Synflex thermoplastic hoses are also available in stock.

Eaton Aeroquip fittings suitable for all types of hoses, such as non-skive one piece, reusable, interlock and quick disconnect fittings, are available
ex-stock. These fittings and adapters are available in inch and metric standards according to SAE, NPT, JIC, BSP, DIN and ISO standards.

Other accessories such as heat resistant fabric covers, stainless steel armor with suitable nipples and ferrules, extend the range of assemblies that Bhatia Brothers can offer .


BRAIDED HOSES
Single & double wire braided hoses from the Eaton Aeroquip MatchMate Series like GH663, GH781 & GH793 are readily available. Also stocked are the 1503 & 2651 series

SPIRAL HOSES
Four and Six wire spiral hoses conforming to DIN and SAE standards such as 2755, GH506, GH466, etc. are available in stock

HIGH TEMPERATURE HOSES
Single wire and double wire are available from Eaton Aeroquip Matchmate series GH193 AND GH194. The popular FC300, FC310 series are also stocked.

SOCKETLESS HOSES
Socketless hoses series 2556 for low pressure applications are available from Eaton Aeroquip. These hoses are suitable for multipurpose fluid applications such as hydraulic oils, water and air.

THERMOPLASTIC HOSES
Thermoplastic hoses from Eaton Synflex are used extensively for applications requiring lightweight, flexibility, non-conductive, multiline bonding or very long lengths. These specialty hoses are widely used for subsea and deep water diving, process industries, forklifts, etc Series 3R80 and 3E80 are readily available. Other series on request.

GLOBAL FITTINGS
Eaton Aeroquip new one-piece Global fittings offer you higher standard pressures; cool-down leakage control, improved hose bend radii and worldwide availability. With MatchMate hoses you can select from a variety of Through The Cover (TTC) fitting designs. TTC for medium to high reassure/impulse applications or TTC12 fittings for use with very high pressure spiral hose. Aeroquip’s global product line is now enhanced by combining the convenience, performance and accessibility of TTC fittings with the ease and consistency of the MatchMate Plus system. Together, global products and MatchMate hoses bring you the simplest, most effective way to replace your hydraulic hose assemblies. Series starting with 1A and 1B represent Global fittings.

REUSABLE FITTINGS
These fittings can be used in a wide variety of industrial and automotive fluid conveying applications, including air, water, gasoline, and fuel and lubricating oils. Not recommended for hydraulic impulse applications. Not approved for air brake applications.

QUICK DISCONNECT COUPLINGS
Eaton Aeroquip quick disconnect couplings are connecting devices which permit easy, immediate connection and separation of fluid lines. When installed in a fluid system, quick disconnect couplings save time by eliminating system bleeding, recharging and purging of air whenever an accessory is being replaced. Dependability is assured because the coupling valves automatically open and close and because the possibility of air, dirt, and moisture being trapped in the system is minimized.
